We had an excellent experience with David. We lost my mom a year ago, and were at a loss as to what to do about her house. We live two hours away and were not familiar with the area. A friend of mine had heard about David and recommended that we reach out to him. David was a great partner from start to finish, supporting us through this difficult and sometimes emotional process. David is a wonderful person who cares about his clients. He went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout the process.

David is well connected in the area and was able to recommend folks for the various services we needed. David followed up with us to make sure the recommended folks did a great job. In one instance, the work completed by one of the folks was not exactly what was needed. David followed up with the person and had them correct the work to the right level of quality.

David's communications with us during the process was fantastic. We were never left wondering what was happening. I never felt he was trying to sugar coat anything. He was upfront and honest. I had many questions and he had answers and recommendations. He was never pushy and would tell me what to do. He took the time to explain the situation and give me the opportunity to decide which direction to proceed with. David was fantastic to work with!

Very helpful throughout the whole process

Dave was patient. It took me over 10 months before I was able to list the house he never pressure me once to list sooner. He would come by the property anytime I asked him to in that timeframe to give me suggestions on what may be the best tactics in selling the house. I thought the listing price was high and recommended to Dave that we lower the listing price. He told me list it for what he suggest and see what happens and sure enough his knowledge got me above my asking price with several offers within a week. In escrow Dave communicated with me every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions and assist any way he could
